Australian domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post’s Express Post service.
Express Shipping (approx. 2-3 business days from delivery date) is available for a flat rate of $15, which may be selected after checkout.
We provide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all purchases above $99.
Dispatch
After receiving full payment, orders are normally shipped out within 48 hours.
During peak seasons, including the holidays and promotional seasons (such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas), shipping may take up to 72 hours.
If there are any further delays, such as when an item goes out of stock, you will be notified through email.
Tracking
When your item has been shipped, you will get an email with your AusPost tracking number.
Signature on Delivery
Packages dispatched through Australia Post, our preferred delivery provider, will no longer need signatures. As a result, they may leave your package at your door without contacting you, enabling them to keep a social distance in the aftermath of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Please notify us within seven days after making your purchase if your shipment was lost or damaged in transit, and we will do everything possible to help you.
International Deliveries
Please be aware, as the purchaser, that all customs taxes and duties are payable by the receiver.
