Returns

There are certain quirks to online purchasing that you should expect and prepare for. Always bear in mind that photographs sometimes misrepresent the size and colour of jewellery. That’s why we’re always willing to accept returns and offer exchanges. If the original receipt is shown, a refund or exchange may be made within a reasonable time limit after the date of sale (based on the sales receipt or confirmation from our records).

Change of Mind Policy

If you decide to return your product within 14 days of the day you bought it, we will be pleased to provide you with an exchange or store credit.

We are unable to provide refunds for any transactions that were made because the customer changed their mind after making the purchase. Please ensure that you save your receipt, as it serves as proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

If your product has a genuine manufacturing defect or is not as described, you have the choice of receiving a refund, exchanging it for a different product, or having it repaired, provided that the following conditions are met:
If you have a problem with the quality of any of our jewellery, we ask that you get in touch with us so that we can discuss the options available to you and find a solution.

All our jewellery is protected by the consumer guarantees offered by the Australian Consumer Law, and, provided that it is treated with care and respect at all times, it should last for many years. Certain items, as can be recognised by their weight and design, are much more durable than others. The correct way to wear jewellery is of the utmost importance.

The item’s condition while in your possession will weigh heavily in deciding how to proceed with a warranty return. Also, we’ll be on the lookout for any defects in the materials or manufacturing faults. The length of time after the original purchase is also considered, although it is not the primary determinant.

When a valid warranty claim is made, the item in question will often be replaced; however, a store credit may be issued if the replacement of the item is not feasible. In the event that there is a significant issue with the goods, another alternative is to request a refund.
